Section 4A
Prohibition on production and sale and distribution of alcohol
(1) No one should produce and sell alcohol by keeping alcohol in a plastic pouch.
(2) No one under the age of eighteen years. No person shall sell or distribute liquor.
(3) A person who has not completed the age of eighteen years shall not sell or distribute liquor.
